We are open Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

There is no on-site cover at the clinic outside consulting hours. If your animal needs immediate attention at night or at the weekend, go to a 24-hour emergency centre in the Marina Alta. Call us as soon as we open and we will pick the case up from there.

It is strongly recommended. It cuts your waiting time and lets us set aside the time your case needs. You can book by phone or with the form on this website.

We work in Spanish, English, Dutch, German and French.

Dogs and cats. For exotic species such as birds, reptiles or small mammals we will point you towards a specialist centre in the area.

It depends on what the animal needs. We give you the price before doing anything, and if tests are needed we quote for them before we start.

Yes. A dog can be infected for months without showing any symptom, and the test is what allows it to be treated in time. On top of that, the vaccine is only given if the prior test is negative.

It depends on the destination. For the United Kingdom and other destinations outside the European Union you need to count in weeks, not days. Tell us the country and the date and we will tell you when to start.

For dogs yes, it is compulsory in the Valencian Community. It is also essential for any international travel and for getting your animal back if it goes missing.

We are on Plaça de Joanot Martorell, in the centre. There is parking in the area, although in high season it is worth allowing extra time.

Yes. The entrance is wheelchair accessible and the toilet is adapted.
