Only what you type into the forms on this website: name, email address, phone, details of your animal and the text of your message. This website does not build profiles and does not use behavioural advertising.

Solely to answer your request and, where relevant, to arrange the appointment. We do not pass your data to third parties and we do not use it to send you marketing you have not asked for.
Legal basis
Your consent, given when you tick the box on the form, and the legitimate interest in dealing with your enquiry.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to deal with your request and, if you become a client, for the periods required by the applicable veterinary and tax rules.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
